A320 LINE TRAINING FOR GAINING OPERATIONAL EXPREINCE

Are you looking to obtain an A320 type rating and/or build your Airbus A320 flight hours, gain operational experience, be recent on A320 aircraft and have an advantage for employment, when the aviation sector picks up again?

mylinetraining.com will provide new Airbus A320 line training opportunities coming soon (planning for beginning of 2022). Your pilot career is important for us, and that you don't be confident only on the ground.

mylinetraining.com is partnering with airlines in Europe providing Airbus A320 line training programs - from the beginning of 2021, the airlines offer opportunities of providing 500 hours of line training on A320 type aircraft with a potential for employment contract after completion of the line training.

Requirements for the trainings

Option 1 - A320 type rating and line training including 500 hrs

  • Older than 18 years
  • Valid multi-engine Instrument Rating (A)
  • EASA issued ATPL(A), or EASA issued CPL(A) and theoretical knowledge equal to requirements for the issue of ATPL(A)
  • Advanced UPRT certificate
  • ICAO level 4 knowledge of English language
  • 70 hours as pilot-in-command of aeroplanes
  • EASA Class 1 medical certificate
  • Hold a certificate of satisfactory completion of MCC course if applying for the issue of the first type rating for the multi-pilot aeroplane type
  • Non-criminal record
  • Passport enabling travel without restrictions

  • Older than 18 years
  • EASA issued ATPL(A), or EASA issued CPL(A) and theoretical knowledge equal to requirements for the issue of ATPL(A)
  • Valid A320/IR type rating
  • ICAO level 4 knowledge of English language
  • EASA Class 1 medical certificate
  • Non-criminal record
  • Passport enabling travel without restrictions

FAST-TRACK UPGRADE PROGRAM

The fast-track upgrade program offers experienced A320 rated-pilots with sufficient experience the opportunity to become captain at one of our partner airlines. Start out by completing upgrade training and begin your time by flying as PIC under supervision before earning your rank as captain.

This program is currently being developed, and as negotiations with partner airlines are still under way, no applications are accepted at the moment. More information about locations, entry requirements and conditions will be available shortly.

RIGHT-SEAT AND LEFT-SEAT LINE TRAINING

OPEN HORIZON AVIATION has partnered with a European airline to offer right-seat and left-seat line training (and type rating) opportunities to both type rated (and non-type rated) pilots on A320 type aircraft with a potential for a contractual employment after completion of the line training.

Right-seat line training is available to: First officers with or without type rating.

Left-seat line training is available to: Type rated and non-type rated captains, Experienced first officers with the possibility to complete a command upgrade training and subsequent line training as captain.

The following line training packages including both 300 and 500 hours are available:

Option #1 - A320 type rating and right-seat line training

  • Older than 18 years
  • Valid multi-engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR)
  • EASA issued ATPL(A), or EASA issued CPL(A) and theoretical knowledge equal to requirements for the issue of ATPL(A)
  • Advanced UPRT course completion certificate
  • ICAO level 4 knowledge of English language
  • EASA Class 1 medical certificate
  • MCC course completion certificate f applying for the issue of the first type rating for the multi-pilot aeroplane type
  • Non-criminal record
  • Passport enabling travel without restrictions

Option #2 - A320 right-seat line training

  • Older than 18 years
  • EASA issued ATPL(A), or EASA issued CPL(A) and theoretical knowledge equal to requirements for the issue of ATPL(A)
  • Valid A320/IR type rating
  • ICAO level 4 knowledge of English language
  • EASA Class 1 medical certificate
  • Non-criminal record
  • Passport enabling travel without restrictions

Option #3 - A320 left-seat line training

  • EASA issued ATPL(A)
  • EASA Class 1 medical certificate
  • Previously completed command course
  • Minimum total 2500 hrs and1500 hrs on A320; or minimum total 3500 hrs, out of which 1000 hours on CS-25 (or equivalent) aircraft
  • ICAO level 4 knowledge of English language
  • Non-criminal record
  • Passport enabling travel without restrictions

Option #4 - A320 command upgrade and left-seat line training

  • EASA issued ATPL(A)
  • EASA Class 1 medical certificate
  • Valid A320 type rating
  • Minimum total 2500 hrs and minimum 1500 hrs on A320; or minimum total 3500 hrs, out of which 1000 hours on CS-25 (or equivalent) aircraft
  • ICAO level 4 knowledge of English language
  • Non-criminal record
  • Passport enabling travel without restrictions
